Goan Spicy Crab Masala

Goan Spicy Crab Masala Ingredients : 1.8 Crabs cleaned For masala 1. Onion medium sized and long cut 2.4 byadagi dired chillies 3. 1/2 teaspoon ajwain (Carom seeds) 4. 1 teaspoon poppy seeds 5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera) 6. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf) 7. 2 mace (javitri) 8. 1 nutmeg, small piece 9. 1 inch cinnamon stick (dalchini) 10.2 star anise 11. 4 cloves garlic 12. 4 tablespoons coriander seeds 13. 4 whole black Peppercorns 14. Fresh coconut, fistful and grated 15. Cooking oil, as required Additional : 1 onion , chopped 1 tablespoon turmeric powder 20 grams tamarind 2 sprig coriander leaves, finely chopped Salt, as required Directions for recipe : To begin making the goan spicy crab masala recipe, first wash the crabs properly.
