Hello friends this is my fifth recipe . Paneer potato stuffed bread rolls are perfect snack recipe which taste amazingly delicious. Paneer Potato Stuffed Bread Roll Ingredients : 1.6 bread slices 2.1 1/2 cup water 3. 1 cup refined oil 4. 1 1/2 cup mashed paneer 5. 3 mashed potatoes 6. 1 finely chopped onion 7. 1 minced green chilli 8. 1/4 teaspoon powered black pepper 9. 1/2 teaspoon powered cumin 10. 1/2 teaspoon powered red chilli 11. 1/2teaspoon  powered garam masala 12. 1/2 teaspoon powered chaat masala 13. 2 tablespoon sunflower oil 14. 1 teaspoon powered salt 15. 2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves 16. 1/2teaspoon ginger/ garlic paste How to make paneer potato stuffed bread rolls: To prepare the filling, take a non stick pan and heat 2 tbsp sunflower oil in it over moderate flame. Hi Friends this is my fourth recipe .. This dish I learned from my mom May your'all like it. Squids (Calamari) chilli fry: Ingredients: 1. Squids -1kg 2. Onions -2 3. Tomatoes -2 4. Capsicum -1 5. Ginger Garlic paste -2 tsp 6. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp 7. Red chilli powder -2 tsp 8. Tamarind water -4tsp 9. Oil -2tsp 10. Coriander leaves 11. Salt Method: Take 1kg squids clean and cut ring or length wise. Take a pan heat the 2 tsp oil and add onion slices fry onion till light brown Add ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Then add sliced capsicum and tomatoes slice fry it till it get soft Add Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 2 tsp mix and fry the masala Later add squids Fry a little till water starts leaving. Add little water if you want gravy then only otherwise no need to add extra water. Hi everyone this is my third recipe Paneer Makhani. Which is my most favorite vegetarian dish. So here we go PANEER MAKHANI  INGREDIENTS: 1. 200 grams paneer 2. 250 grams ripe and red tomatoes or 4 to 5 medium rip and red tomatoes  3. 2 to 3 tbs cream- low fat 25% to 35% fat or 1/2 cup milk  4. 2 tbs butter  5. 1 Tej patta (Indian bay leaf)  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste or 1/2 inch ginger + 4 small garlic crushed to paste in a mortar pestle  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 8. 1 to 2 green chilies  9. 1 tsp garam masala  10. 1/2 tsp sugar - add as required  11. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi leaves powder  12. 10 cashew nuts,  soaked in warm water  13. A pinch of green cardamom powder  14. 1 tsp of tomato sauce or ketchup  15. Salt as required.  16.
