Squids chilli fry

Hi Friends this is my fourth recipe ..
This dish I learned from my mom
May your'all like it.

Squids (Calamari) chilli fry:


Ingredients:
1. Squids -1kg
2. Onions -2
3. Tomatoes -2
4. Capsicum -1
5. Ginger Garlic paste -2 tsp
6. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
7. Red chilli powder -2 tsp
8. Tamarind water -4tsp
9. Oil -2tsp
10. Coriander leaves
11. Salt

Method:
Take 1kg squids clean and cut ring or length wise.
Take a pan heat the 2 tsp oil and add onion slices fry onion till light brown
Add ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Then add sliced capsicum and tomatoes slice fry it till it get soft
Add Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 2 tsp mix and fry the masala
Later add squids
Fry a little till water starts leaving.
Add little water if you want gravy then only otherwise no need to add extra water.
Cover and cook till water starts evaporating if you want dry chilly
And then add tamarind water and salt as required.
And lastly add some coriander leaves.
And now serve Hot with Roti or Parata or bread.
